About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (CNA or CHHA) for Memory Care in Marlton, New Jersey. This per diem position requires working onsite from 2 PM to 10 PM. The role involves providing warm, engaging personal care services and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Requirements

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA; Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs and collaborate with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
