About The Position

Overture Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide in-home care as directed by the Case Manager. The role involves assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (AIDLs) including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. Caregivers will monitor and report changes in client conditions, maintain documentation, and comply with agency policies while delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care as directed by the Case Manager
• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) and AIDLs (meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, etc.)
• Monitor and report client condition changes
• Maintain documentation and comply with agency policies
• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care

Benefits

• Competitive Pay Rates: $13.50/hour (without license), $14.50/hour (with CNA or other relevant license), +$2.00/hour on weekends, +$1.00/hour increase at your One-Year Anniversary
