Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver, HHA, or CNA
  • Compassionate and caring attitude
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and their families

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a variety of clients across different ages and abilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Provide personal care to clients as needed
  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
  • Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs, ADL notes and visit information for client care plans
