About The Position

Part-time and full-time opportunities available immediately. We provide non-medical home care that allows seniors to remain safe, independent, and respected in the comfort of their own homes. Requirements

  • Active CNA license or HHA certificate required
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if providing client transport)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living
  • Support clients with dementia or memory care needs
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Provide transportation as assigned
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Remind clients to take medications
  • Monitor condition and report changes
  • Follow care plans and infection control guidelines
  • Document care accurately and clock in/out properly
