Requirements

Experience: At least one year of caregiving experience.
Compassion: A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
Skills: Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship.
Documents: Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Must have your own personal transpiration.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with non-medical personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Supporting daily living tasks like light housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders
Providing companionship and engaging residents in meaningful activities
Collaborating with Westside Garden Plaza staff to ensure the highest quality of care
