The Opportunity: We’re seeking a strong, patient, and experienced caregiver to support an elderly male client living with advanced dementia. This client can be verbally aggressive and resistant to care due to his condition. It’s important that applicants are confident in handling difficult behaviors professionally while maintaining safety and dignity—for both the client and themselves. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, has a thick skin, and can cook well—this might be the right fit for you. Key Qualities We’re Looking For: Confidence and calm under stress Experience with memory care/ dementia Emotional resilience and professionalism Strong, home- style cooking skills Ability to maintain boundaries and redirect behaviors Commitment to compassionate care, even in challenging environments
