As a Caregiver, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. Requirements

• Needs to have at least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver (Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA))
• A passion for geriatric care.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills are vital.
• Good customer service instincts will be important in interacting with family members and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the resident with daily living and personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Aide in programming and activities with residents.
• Monitoring the safety and well being of our clients.
• Prepare meals.
• light housekeeping
• Perform other duties as requested.
