About The Position

At Clarendale at Indian Lake, you will have the opportunity to engage with the life stories of our residents while being part of a company dedicated to enhancing senior living. We are currently seeking hospitality-focused Caregivers to join our team. This role involves providing direct care to residents and assisting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), as well as helping with activities and meals. The position primarily operates during the Assisted Living Day Shift from 7 am to 7 pm. We offer a competitive pay range of $17 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, along with a shift differential for weekend work. Additionally, we provide a $1000 sign-on bonus, paid out quarterly, and various benefits including Works Perks Shop, 401k, and more.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to be available for emergencies
• Pass a drug screen, TB Skin test, and background check
• CNA with an active license and over 1 year of experience may qualify for the Med Tech program

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Promote independent lifestyle of residents
• Report resident behavioral changes and development
• Provide daily reports to the Charge Nurse and oncoming shifts
• Ensure care is provided according to the resident's care plan
• Coordinate with nurses to provide personalized care
