Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the home care industry.
  • Demonstrating compassion and a strong commitment to caring for others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Must pass a background check and provide professional references.

Nice To Haves

  • Opportunity to earn an HHA certification.
  • Experience in providing care to elderly clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
