Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Reliable transportation
Willingness to undergo a background check
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team
Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care
