About The Position

Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Caregiver - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ! Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities for Day, Swing and NOC shifts!

Requirements

• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have completed a state certified CNA or NAC course, with current certification in the state of Washington. Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable, as is current enrollment in a CNA training school
• Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don’t already have one
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift
• Assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living
• Answering call lights as soon as possible to ensure safety of residents
• Escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms
• In our memory care setting, CNA’s may prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals
• Taking and documenting vital statistics
• Performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staff
