About The Position

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one personal care to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and safety in their homes. This role is centered around making a positive impact on the lives of clients and their families through compassionate care and support. You will engage in daily activities, assist with personal care tasks, and build meaningful relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Passionate about helping others and providing customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with clients.
• Current NAR/CNA/HCA certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as walking and dressing.
• Engage in fun and meaningful conversations with clients to build relationships.
• Participate in clients' favorite hobbies and activities, such as scrapbooking and gardening.
• Prepare meals for clients to enjoy.
• Report on clients' activities and provide updates on their physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
