About The Position

The 3rd Shift Caregiver at Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is responsible for providing high-quality personal care and services to residents, supporting their individual living choices while adhering to regulations and best practices. This role is part of a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a supportive community environment.

Requirements

• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed and elder/resident-directed practice.
• Critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents.
• Support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents.
• Maintain consistency with regulations and established best practices.
