About The Position
Legacies Assisted Living of Caledonia is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as caregivers for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for working with the elderly and are committed to making a positive impact in their lives. In this position, caregivers will engage with residents, providing companionship and emotional support while also assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Caregivers will also be responsible for administering medications as prescribed, ensuring that residents' rights are respected, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidates will be flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends as needed. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $16.00, depending on experience.
