Accenture’s Youth Apprenticeship Program is a part-time, two year “earn and learn” program that provides structured learning and on-the-job training to build skills and prepare students to be work-ready after high school. Students split time between the high school classroom and Accenture workplace, working 4 hours each day, 4 days a week. As a Youth Apprentice with Accenture, you will be aligned to Accenture Technology. This area of Accenture’s business delivers the services and solutions that power our clients’ businesses and help them tackle their biggest business problems. Grow your career and capabilities with one of the leading business organizations in technology. Discover how being an apprentice at Accenture can help you kickstart your career. You will join a diverse and inclusive team while having exposure to stimulating work, various technologies and business functions, inspirational colleagues and leaders, and world class learning. At the end of the two-year program, youth apprentices can apply to Accenture's post-high school apprenticeship program – a typically year-long, full-time employment program that aims to prepare apprentices for career paths that historically required a bachelor’s degree. Apprentices in our post-high school program fill in-demand technology roles in areas such as Cybersecurity, Digital, Data Analytics and Cloud Migration.
