The Career Technical Training (CTT) Manager plans, directs, and supervises the operation of the Career Technical Training department. The CTT Manager ensures Job Corps approved curricula is being taught in individual classrooms and supervises procurement and use of supplemental materials, including multi-media equipment and materials. They project and plan for instructional needs, ensuring proper teaching methods are employed for subject areas being taught. The CTT Manager prepares and submits required reports, ensuring proper records on students’ progress, performance, etc. are maintained by the instructors and proper record of students’ attendance is maintained by the Career Technical Training Department. Additionally, they formulate proposals and make recommendations to the Education and Training Director on all changes in policies and procedures pertaining to the Career Technical Training Department.
