There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
This is a shared position between the School of Public Service (SPS) and Career Services. The SPS Career Success Coach (CSC) will actively participate in the SPS with the goal of providing access to career exploration, preparation, and experiences through individual coaching and integrated career education. This includes coaching students by exploring career options and paths beyond and outside the school and university. The Career Success Coach will help students prepare and compete for experiential learning opportunities (internships), professional employment, and graduate and professional school opportunities through one-on-one appointments, developing and facilitating career programming, internship administration, and in and out-of-classroom career education opportunities. The CSC will be an active part of the Career Services team, attending Career Services staff and Career Development meetings. Cross-training will occur at the beginning of the assignment. The School of Public Service Career Success Coach will work with the Career Services' Employer Relations team to develop, improve, and maintain relationships with employers in public service, ultimately leading to the expansion of the quality and quantity of full-time, part-time, and experiential learning (internships) opportunities available for Boise State University students. The CSC will also work closely with the Integrated Career Specialist to implement and assess initiatives that align with the Blueprint for Success.
