About The Position
To provide a comprehensive intake, assessment and service plan for clients referred to CareerCompass; To assist clients in determining their career pathway, education and training needed, and goal planning; Assist in the career decision making process to help clients' identify their strengths, experiences and vocational interests. Ensures the client external referrals are individualized and the clients receive concurrent assignments when appropriate.
