The Career Services Advisor – Business Development is responsible for developing and maintaining employer relationships, securing job opportunities for students and graduates across all programs, and coordinating employer engagement activities on campus. This role is critical to achieving our placement goals and ensuring our students have access to quality career opportunities in their fields. This is not a traditional sales or business development role. There is no commission and no product sales. This role is about relationship-building, strategic engagement, and creating opportunities for students to launch successful careers in the skilled trades.
