About The Position
The Career Pathways Teacher at Rowland Academy is responsible for teaching students to explore a variety of career options and begin to plan a career pathway after high school. The role involves helping students develop career awareness and career development to ensure they are prepared to reach their graduation and post-secondary goals. The teacher will design and implement a digital portfolio to be developed and maintained in future courses. Additionally, the teacher will guide students in navigating business ethics, finances, technology, and professional growth while planning their future career paths.
