SCOPE OF WORK: The Career Pathways Program supports refugees and immigrants in overcoming barriers to career advancement by connecting them with training, resources, and job opportunities. The Career Pathways Intern will assist the Career Pathways staff members in providing career coaching, administrative support, and outreach efforts to ensure program participants receive guidance in achieving their career goals. This role is ideal for individuals interested in workforce development, social services, refugee integration, and career counseling.
