BUILD, Inc. (Broader Urban Involvement and Leadership Development) is presently seeking a committed, self-motivated, and innovative individual to join our team. BUILD is a nationally respected gang intervention, violence prevention, and youth development organization based on Chicago’s West Side. The Career Pathways Coordinator will develop, implement, and manage employment programs for youth ages 18-24 in collaboration with BUILD program leaders. This role involves working closely with young people to help them identify and gain the skills, experience, and confidence needed to secure and persist in internships, enroll in accredited programs and credentialing training, and find employment. The coordinator will collaborate with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to provide career opportunities and support services for youth. The Career Pathways Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Community Officer.
