The Career Pathways Consultant will provide project-based support for the implementation of career pathway initiatives at the college, with an initial emphasis on the Health Careers Employer-Partnered Pathway. This consultant will assist in coordinating student recruitment, employer engagement, and onboarding efforts to ensure successful program execution. While the primary focus will be on healthcare pathways, the consultant may also support the development and launch of additional workforce pathways as needed. This is a temporary, project-based role with a flexible schedule (20-40 hours per week) depending on program needs. The consultant will work under a defined project scope with specific deliverables.
