The Labor Control Manager is responsible for supporting the Labor Department by assisting with functions regarding the staffing and scheduling of necessary and appropriate staff to events, taking on labor coordination assignments both remote and in person, supporting the payroll functions of the labor department, and assisting both Scheduling Managers and Labor Coordinators in developing local talent and resources, and ensuring appropriate labor requirements and established protocols are communicated and followed by project stakeholders. This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week based out of Las Vegas, NV.
