About The Position

The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive people and business strategies across Freeman. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with business leaders to provide hands-on and strategic support, insight, and coaching with respect to employee relations, performance management, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and more. They are comfortable interacting with employees at all levels and are highly motivated to deliver value and impact to the business they support. This position is located in Orlando, Florida and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week.
