We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership members. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. This position will support our Growth team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX.
