If so, you might be a good fit for our Full-Time Career Navigator position at the Quad Cities Office. Career Navigators serve as program and case managers for program participants. They are assigned to a caseload and aid in completing intakes, assessments, and other required documentation. Career Navigators help program participants identify required training tools and skills to develop a comprehensive career plan, and from there, they will administer interest and skill-based assessments as needed. Career Navigators support and guide participants to achieve their goals and ultimately gain employment in their targeted career. Career Navigators provide access to job shadows, internships, and other employment services to help participants meet career goals.
