About The Position

If so, you might be a good fit for our Full-Time Career Navigator position at the Quad Cities Office. Career Navigators serve as program and case managers for program participants. They are assigned to a caseload and aid in completing intakes, assessments, and other required documentation. Career Navigators help program participants identify required training tools and skills to develop a comprehensive career plan, and from there, they will administer interest and skill-based assessments as needed. Career Navigators support and guide participants to achieve their goals and ultimately gain employment in their targeted career. Career Navigators provide access to job shadows, internships, and other employment services to help participants meet career goals. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human services, education, human resources, or a related field is required. Six years of related experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • One year of employment in a related field is required. A relevant Master's degree may be substituted for the year of experience.
  • The Career Navigator will need a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of required auto insurance, and must pass motor vehicle record screening, dependent adult and child abuse, and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities
