The Career Navigator provides services that may include career counseling and coaching, evaluation, transitional employment, employment and career readiness training, job placement, retention and support services, case coordination, tracking and reporting activities. The Career Navigator will interact with internal and external teams to deliver seamless services to individuals and ensure that positive relationships are maintained resulting in optimal employment outcomes for individuals served. Career Navigation Services : Provide job placement assistance and career counseling resulting in optimal employment outcomes for individuals served. Case Management Coordination : Ensure that seamless and comprehensive services are delivered to the individual providing coordinated service options and resources to meet their needs resulting in positive outcomes for individuals served. Serve as the main contact and coordinator for the individual and other involved partners, persons or agencies. Documentation : Maintains complete, accurate and timely documentation of individuals served by following established applicable procedures, guidelines, funder requirements, and laws. Organize and report essential caseload information on a regular basis to support program and organizational goals.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry valid automobile insurance that meets GESMN's requirements for individuals who transport program participants.
  • Relevant Experience required (1-3 years)
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
