Job Summary Summary Helps early-career individuals and recent graduates explore career options, develop job-readiness skills, and secure entry-level employment or training opportunities. The role provides ongoing coaching during the early months of employment and contributes to the development and improvement of a new workforce development initiative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • 2-3 years Workforce development, education, or related fields required
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years experience supporting youth or early career individuals preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group career coaching.
  • Support career planning, job search, and professional skill development.
  • Deliver workshops and coordinate services with partners.
  • Maintain a participant caseload and track progress in a data system.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand hiring needs and refer candidates.
  • Monitor outcomes and contribute to reporting and program improvement.
