About The Position
A warm, hands-on family in Greenville, SC. is seeking a professional, Career Nanny/Family Assistant to provide consistent, long-term support for their four children (3 daughters and 1 son ages 9, 7, 5, and 3). Both parents are actively involved in the children’s daily lives and are looking for a collaborative team player who can confidently manage the children independently when they travel. The family already employs a house manager/family assistant handling household logistics and laundry, so this role is focused primarily on the children’s care, children's laundry, routines, enrichment, and food support for the family. The ideal candidate is nurturing yet structured, energetic, and comfortable managing multiple schedules. The family values routine, outdoor play, and minimal screen time. They are seeking a dependable, trustworthy presence who will grow with the family long-term and provide stability. A Golden Retriever puppy completes the household. Schedule Guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 40 hrs/week) Current School Year General Hours: Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Summer (June–July): Expanded daytime schedule (likely 40+ hours/week) Next School Year: Primarily afternoons & evenings Guaranteed hours maintained for availability and travel coverage Additional Needs: Occasional overnights when parents travel
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years professional nanny experience
- Experience supporting school-age children and early learning
- Comfortable managing multiple children
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (family vehicle provided)
- Strong swimmer
- Passport ready and travel capable (domestic & international)
- Comfortable with a dog in the home
- Able to provide overnight care
- Willing to relocate to Greenville or be local

Responsibilities
