About The Position
The Career Leadership Program is designed to develop future leaders for Production Supervisor roles within the Simmons business. This intensive six-month rotational program provides hands-on experience across various operations, including poultry, pet food, and animal nutrition plants, while focusing on leadership development through training, mentoring, and coaching. Graduates will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead teams effectively and drive continuous improvement in production environments.
