This full-time role is ideal for a recent college graduate or emerging professional who wants to build a long-term career in restaurant leadership, business operations, or pursue Chick-fil-A’s highly competitive Leadership Development Program (LDP). Operator Greg Harb is hands on in his restaurant and leads a thriving team at Chick-fil-A Fountain City. He cares deeply about his team, sets clear goals and expectations, and leads by example.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Passion for service, people, and excellence
• Strong interest in long term career growth, including potential Chick-fil-A LDP participation (required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn and lead in every area of restaurant operations
• Build, coach, and manage high-performing teams of 50+ team members
• Improve guest experience, reduce costs, and increase overall restaurant performance
• Gain direct preparation and experience for future leadership roles, including potential candidacy for Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program
