About The Position
The Career Launch Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to provide a comprehensive experience across various business units at Xcel Energy. Participants will engage in four 6-month rotation assignments, each offering unique opportunities to develop skills and gain insights into different areas of Xcel Energy. Rotations: Analysts will join teams across assigned Xcel Energy business units, with rotations tailored to their career direction and business needs. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to: Data Science and Analytics, Project Management, Process Improvement and Optimization, Technology and Automation, Marketing and Customer Engagement, Regulatory and Public Policy, Sustainability and Environment. Locations: Denver, CO and Minneapolis, MN.
