The role involves problem-solving various issues such as housing, health, transportation, and daycare, while tracking student retention and intervening to keep students engaged in their education. The position is focused on ensuring increased career development planning and assessment for the Holyoke Community College Adult Learning Center, located at the Picknelly Adult and Family Education Center in Holyoke.
