About The Position
Reporting to the Director of Career Development, the Career Development and Employer Specialist will advise and provide guidance to undergraduate, graduate, and recent alumni through one-on-one appointments, drop-ins, and facilitated group sessions. Will educate Iona students on career readiness by designing, developing and delivering career workshops and presentations for specific student populations. Cultivates and maintains employer relationships and facilitates employer engagement on-campus. Provides administrative support to the office and all major career programming events.
