Within the Classroom to Career Hub, the Career Database Technology Coordinator is responsible for managing the Career Services Management( CSM ) tool, Career Link, a Symplicity database. As a core component of the Classroom to Career Hub, Career Link captures student and employer engagement touch points to ensure career development programs across campus are captured and reported accurately. The Career Database Technology Coordinator ensures use to Career Link’s full optimization by stewarding campus and community partnerships. This position reports to the Executive Director of the Industry Partnerships team within the Classroom to Career Hub. As MSU Denver seeks to be the national leader in educating students for tomorrow’s careers, the University-Industry Partnerships team is forward-thinking and ensures programs are aligned to Colorado workforce development trends. With an ambitious goal of engaging 100% of students in robust career planning in the next three years, the University is committed to creating services that are scaled, highly evaluated, and focused on the specific needs and interests of MSU Denver students. To that end, successful team members think critically about MSU Denver student demographics and their respective career planning.
