About The Position
To provide supervision, training and support to Employees who are working at Goodwill of Orange County and Participating in the Career Pathways program. This position is responsible for assisting program participants in providing guidance and support in achieving ICFP Goals, ensuring job retention, assisting program participants in completing training activities, assisting program participants with resources needed to achieve career planning goals as outlined in ICFP, promoting Goodwill's brand, meeting with program participants at work-sites, acting as a liaison between program participants and career navigator, and completing required program documentation.
