About The Position
The Leeds School of Business encourages applications for a Career Coach! The primary role of the First- and Second-Year Career Coach is to work with 1st and 2nd year Leeds School of Business students in the exploratory phase of their career journey. This person will play a vital role in helping to set the stage for students in their undergraduate career journey. The Career Coach will work with students to help determine what career paths align with their skills and interests and build foundational career skills. This role will guide students to resources and assist with resume reviews and mock interviews, lead group sessions, and provide workshops around professionalism. Career Coaches provide students with tailored guidance on recruiting, job search strategies, and industry-specific skill development. This position leads and performs Career Development events and programs along with other team members.
