We help job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries. Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites. • Conduct individual assessment to provide career guidance and counseling to job seeker; with a focus on those who are WIOA eligible. • Provide detailed case management for each customer to assist in preparation for employment that leads to self-sufficiency; • Assist customers in maintaining eligibility for services by ensuring attendance at required training/activities and workshops and performing job searches; • Authorize and coordinate supportive services such as childcare, transportation, etc., and track obligations of funds; • Maintain existing contacts to community resources and develop new ones to further the goals of the program and resulting in success to customers; • Provide labor market information to all customers; • Ensure contract deliverables and individual goals are met; • Outreach employers, agencies, non-profits and organizations to place eligible participants in a subsidized employment activity. • Follow-up participant progress in subsidized employment activities, and submit payroll information. • Provide weekly and monthly reports on progress of the NDW program, expenditures and participant's employment and support services. • Perform other duties as assigned.
