Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Career Advisor serves as the primary service provider for Hire Heroes USA's Client Services, supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses. This role delivers comprehensive career coaching focused on pre- and post-employment transitions. The Career Advisor provides expert mentorship in career planning, skill development, market readiness, personal branding, networking, interviewing, and job search strategies. The majority of time will be spent directly engaging with clients via phone consultations and email correspondence to enhance job search techniques, resume development, and interview skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in career coaching, resume writing, public speaking, and community outreach. This is a full-time, remote position with the candidate's preferred location in Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) Time Zones
