About The Position
Career Team is looking to hire a dynamic Career Advisor to work with dislocated workers at the Hawk Career Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord to provide career counseling and intensive case management to obtain livable wage employment. The ideal candidate will be able to work well autonomously and be able to maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing partners. Work will be performed under the WIOA (Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act) Program underneath the Pierce County WorkSource Umbrella. The Career Advisor is an integral part of our team and will assist us with our mission of accelerating the human condition!
