About The Position
Under the direction of the Program Manager: Career Paths and with the support of the job search advisor, the Career Advisor is responsible for all aspects of service delivery to the Participants on their caseload. The employment counsellor assesses the Participant’s eligibility, provides all career assessment and planning services, refers to skill enhancement services and coordinates workplace practice opportunities with the job developer.
