Care Van Driver - Per Diem

Job Summary Hours range from 7:30am - 4:30 pm M-F. This is a per diem position and will be as needed. Responsible for providing safe, courteous, and on schedule transportation to our clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required
- Medical Examiner's Certificate for Fitness to Drive [C-DOTMED] - National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners required
- Personal Drivers License (New Hampshire) - New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles required
- Patient Transportation Experience 1-2 years required
- Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform work in a creative, energetic and self-directive manner.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Follows Care Van schedules and communicates with staff regarding all aspects of clients’ transportation.
- Assists clients in a prompt, helpful, courteous and compassionate manner.
- Communicates any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate staff.
- Ensures that vehicle mileage and maintenance logs are current.
- Follows outlined safety protocols in emergency situations.
