In this patient-facing role, you’ll often be the first point of contact—supporting providers, coordinating clinic flow, and delivering hands-on care that makes a real difference in patients’ lives. This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign on payment!
Requirements
- BLS certification
- Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills
- One required certification/licensure: EMT (CO), CNA (CO), CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, MAC, or NRCMA
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of Care Tech experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including collecting histories, taking vital signs, and documenting accurately in the EMR
- Support daily clinic operations by coordinating patient flow and preparing exam/procedure rooms
- Work closely with providers to carry out clinical orders and ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Assist with scheduling, admitting, and discharging patients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
- Deliver culturally competent care while upholding HIPAA, Just Culture principles, and Vail Health values
