About The Position
Rochester Hills - 2-Person Care Team Needed We are looking for a 2-member caregiver team for a kind male client with dementia in Rochester Hills. He needs reassurance, redirection, companionship, and support with a few minor ADLs. Dementia experience is preferred. This is a long-term, consistent schedule . Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and registration
- Mobile phone for scheduling
- Reliable and punctual
- Must pass background check
- TB test (can be completed after interview)

Responsibilities
- Companionship & emotional support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep
- Dementia/Alzheimer's care
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
- Safe transfers (gait belt, Hoyer lift - training provided)
- Transporting clients to errands & appointments
- Promoting safety, dignity, and comfort
