We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Care Team Leader to: Be a front line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills. Communicate with the interprofessional team to establish goals and strategies. Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing or ADN and achievement of BS in nursing within five years of hire.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Surgical Services setting
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Nice To Haves

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing
  • Three (3) years of experience in Surgical Services setting
  • National certification in relevant specialty
