About The Position

The Care Team Coordinator at Senior Helpers is responsible for supporting the Care Team Manager in training and mentoring caregivers, ensuring quality care for clients, and managing daily operational tasks. This role emphasizes compassionate care and aims to enhance the quality of life for clients and their families while providing a supportive work environment for employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of caregiving experience.
• CNA or skilled caregiver certification.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in different situations.
• Strong client interaction skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Comfortable working with cats and dogs.
• TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and mentoring other caregivers under the supervision of the Care Team Manager (CTM).
• Introduce caregivers to clients and facilitate their integration.
• Respond to call-offs and assist in navigating client needs for the day.
• Utilize the Senior Helpers Fractional Care model as needed.
• Assist with office duties such as answering phones, filing, and training.
• Maintain daily communication with the CTM and scheduler.
• Accept on-call duties with rotating weekends and evenings as needed.
