About The Position

The Care Team Coordinator (Non-Certified) functions as an important member of the organization’s healthcare team and is responsible for delegated tasks under the direct supervision of a provider. The Care Team Coordinator (Non-Certified) rooms the patient, completes team documentation and performs in-between visit functions within the specific team care structure to provide excellent patient care to those we serve. The Care Team Coordinator - CMA also functions as an important member of the organization’s healthcare team and is responsible for similar delegated tasks under the direct supervision of a provider. Both positions require variable days and hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with possible expanded hours.
