About The Position
As a Care Team Assistant, you will; Provide excellent service to patients as a key member of the clinical care team. Assist patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collect data, and ensure the patient has a safe, organized environment. Assist with patient care within the scope permitted and under the direction of a clinician. Support the unit with a variety of patient logistic, clerical, equipment/supply, and charge reconciliation duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instruction in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care provider
Nice To Haves
- Multiple patient care skills preferred.
- Prefer one year experience in health care related field, sterile processing, patient transport or equivalent responsibilities.
