Provide direct support: assist with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, light exercises, meal prep, housekeeping, errands, shopping, and medication reminders. Coach & train caregivers: deliver onboarding, skills refreshers, and real‑time feedback to ensure excellence in client care. Maintain quality & safety: complete home‑safety assessments and routine quality‑assurance visits; document updates and escalate concerns to the Care Manager. Serve on the on‑call rotation: triage caregiver call‑outs, fill urgent shifts, and resolve client or family concerns after hours. Promote client satisfaction: build trusting relationships, provide companionship, and uphold our highest standards of dignity and respect. Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA, or similar role—supervisory duties a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, educate, and inspire caregiving teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lift / transfer clients and adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and comfort using mobile apps / EMR systems
